Questions we get at the counter
How fresh is it?
We roast and ship twice a week. The roast date is printed on every bag, and the log from that batch is on the coffee's page. We recommend that our coffee sits 5-7 days after the roasting date in order for the gasses to release for a full flavor.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean by default, but you can choose a grind type at checkout if you need one and we will grind it the morning it ships.
Which one should I start with?
Our recommendation is our Holy Roller. It is the house espresso, but also works great in a coffee maker or a pour over.
Does this help feed people too?
