Questions we get at the counter
How fresh is it?
We roast twice a week, but it's best for our coffee to sit 5-9 days before brewing in order for gasses to release. We roast in small batches, and ship the same week. The roast date is printed on the bottom of every bag, and the log from that batch is on the coffee's page.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean by default, you can request a grind at checkout if you need one and we will grind it the morning it ships.
Which one should I start with?
In our opinion, start with Holy Roller. It's our flagship blend we use for espresso, but it tastes great out of a coffee maker as well.
Does this help feed people too?
