Ethiopia Shanta Golba is a naturally processed, organically grown coffee produced by more than 1,200 smallholder farmers living around the town of Daya Bensa in the Sidama region. This is coffee grown on small family farms, at high elevations, with deep respect for the land that provides both food and livelihood.

Roasted light to honor its origin, this cup opens with vibrant boysenberry, soft lavender, and a sweet cream finish. It’s expressive without being overwhelming, and best enjoyed as a pour-over or drip, where its clarity and natural sweetness have room to breathe.
